This file documents changes to the tc fonts after 17-JUN-1995

 2-SEP-1995 Fixed bug in double hyphen and double hyphenchar (strokes
            were too thin)

31-AUG-1995 Finish: Added file headers, clean up the directory

24-AUG-1995 Made sans serif parameters conformant with the dc sans 
            family

 6-AUG-1995 Added |if .5w <> good.x .5w: change_width; fi| to the bullet
            Made superscripts and fractions less wide
            Adjusted Registered (tail of R)

 4-AUG-1995 Changed depth of the big circle to 
            |max(desc_depth#,paren_depth#)|
            Adjusted the C inside the copyright sign

 3-AUG-1995 Changed pen for horizontal crossbars in Yen, Won, Naira, Lira, 
            and Peso to |extra_rule.nib| (finer than |rule.nib|)
            Added Female and Male Ordinal Indicators
            Added trademark
            Added Copyright and Registered, made the big circle deeper for
            typewriter design (replaced |paren_depth| with |desc_depth|)
            There are now all characters for release 1.0 implemented.

25-JUL-1995 Added Baht sign (Thai currency)

22-JUL-1995 Added Won, Naira, Peso and Dong
            Added base serif to the pilcrow sign, if the font bears serifs,
            the original design is still available in the sans serif font
            Added Centigrade
            Added alternate pilcrow with one vertical bar only in oct"231"
            Added fractions 1/4, 1/2, 3/4
            Added interrobang and gnaborretni
            Added recipe, made provision for recipe in dxaccess.mf

21-JUL-1995 Added superscript digits 1, 2, and 3 both for roman
            and italic (New files txrsuper.mf and txisuper.mf)
            Included degree sign and per ten thousand sign from
            Yannis' Unicode Computer Modern fonts
            Added symmetry fix from Alan Jeffrey's stmaryrd fonts to
            the degree sign
            Fine tuned the Lira sign to guarantee equal crossbars
            Added tie accent, cm version (for lowercase) in txsymbol, 
            oct"023", and a new uppercase version in txaccent, oct"033".
            Duplicated the double hyphen, one instance is completely inside
            its box, placed on `-', the other is hanging (oct"177")
            Renovated the section sign (\S), very much improved especially
            for bold extended parameters.

16-JUL-1995 Sorted accents in txaccent by their font position
            Introduced |accent_gap| to the ring accent
            Changed width of capital ring accent

11-JUL-1995 Adjusted heights of capital accents
            Added |cap_accent_height#| and |cap_accent_height| to txpseudo.mf
            Finally got all capital accents in a consitent look (jk) 

10-JUL-1995 Adjusted umlaut, dot above and hachek accents to use with 
            capitals. 
            Added dirty trick for the sharp dimensions to txaccent.mf
            Added a bunch of pseudoparameters to txpseudo.mf (jk)

19-JUN-1995 Decided to add Ohm sign and Mho sign to the tc fonts.
            Placed them on `W' and `M' respectively.

18-JUN-1995 Added tick, double tick, back tick and double back tick
            to txsymbol.mf 
            Added blank sign to txsymbol.mf
            Created file txpseudo.mf with pseudoparameters
            Added this file to the input list of txsymb.mf
