  duplicated to `[gklnr]cedilla', combining accents supplemented
  (`commaaccentcomb', `Breveinvertedcomb'), AFDKO's Glyph Order
  and Alias DB file (GOADB) modified (now both Latin Modern and
  TeX Gyre engines fonts share the same GOADB)
* OTF feature locl fixed
